Still alive. Keeping very busy. Survived midterms realtively unscathed. Am doing much, much better in math than was anticipated. Have decided British political system (minus monarchy) is probably better than American political system. Am angry that Spring Break ends Monday. Am sad that Edge's daughter seems to have leukemia, but happy she seems to be getting better. Bush is the biggest f***ing loser on Earth. That is all.

Last night, on my way back from yet another late night College Democrats meeting, I had the misfortune of sharing a cab with a drunken Australian couple who took it upon themselves to rewrite DC law and loudly, obscenely dispute the fare they were charged, when their attempt to pay off me, the original passenger, failed. Yeah, it's completely insane to charge two people $10 for a four block cab ride, but still, if they were smart and had just taken TWO FRICKIN' MINUTES OUT OF THEIR OH SO BUSY SCHEDULE TO LOOK AT A FRICKIN' MAP, then they'd have known to just walk it.

Oh, and I got a 'BE A SMART ASS: AU COLLEGE DEMOCRATS' t-shirt. It took me an embarrassing length of time to figure out the pun on that one. I kind of like the Republicans' t-shirt motto - 'BE A LEADER' -better. Just seems a bit more mature, you know?
